Normac NR-2S can be sprayed, brushed, rolled or dipped.  Spraying is the preferred method of application using standard air or airless spray equipment.  Spray nozzle sizes depend upon the article being sprayed, usual range or nozzle openings would be from 0.015 inches to 0.035".

Surface Preparation:  Standard surface preparation procedures such as grit blasting to near white/white metal or acid etching concrete is required for good mechanical bonding of the Normac NR-2S sprayable urethane system.  For more details see "Normac Surface Preparation Guide for Urethane Coatings."

NR-9500: A two component, single coat air curing solvent based primer.
NR-9600: A two component wash primer base for NR-9500.
900R/ECR:  A two component, air curing rubber based primer.
EP-100: A two component 100% solids primer for concrete.

Dilute with Ethyl Methyl Ketone (MEK) only at the rate of 3 parts mixed primer to 1 part solvent for spray applications to a maximum of equal parts of both mixed primer and Ethyl Methyl Ketone (MEK).
